In a world where most choose traditional paths, a few brave souls chase their true passions. Prashanth Ramesh, the mastermind behind Caprice Music Academy, embodies this spirit - turning down an engineering job at Wipro in 2012 to pursue music as a self-taught musician, composer, and sound designer.
He began his education at the VJ School of Music in Chromepet, cultivating his teaching abilities under Mr. Vijay Ratnakumar, before offering private lessons that grew into a community of enthusiastic learners - and by 2018, into Caprice Music Academy.
"While I always dreamed of my own music school, it was my friend Vijay Siddharth's initial proposal that sparked the idea," he reflects. Along the way, Prashanth immersed himself in Sound Engineering, Music Editing, Programming, and Foley - experience that continues to shape the academy today.
